PRIVACY POLICY

Law 31 December 1996 n. 675, containing provisions for the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, was repealed by the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 which introduced the new Code regarding the protection of personal data. Decree 196/2003 establishes, in particular, that the interested party must be previously informed about the use of the data concerning him.

Source of personal data
The personal data held by the Company are collected directly from customers or from third parties and are processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations which have always inspired the activity of our Company.

Purpose of the processing for which the data is intended.

The company informs that the personal data in its possession may be processed, even by third-party companies appointed as Managers, according to the following purposes:
Fulfillment of the obligations provided for by laws, regulations and community legislation, or provisions issued by Authorities legitimated by the law and by Supervisory and control bodies. The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is mandatory and the related processing does not require the consent of the interested parties. Purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of customer relations (e.g. acquisition of preliminary information to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of the obligations deriving from the contract concluded with customers, checks and assessments on the results and performance of the reports, as well as on the risks connected to them, etc.). The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory, but the refusal to provide them may make it impossible - in relation to the relationship between the data and the requested service - to make it impossible for the Company to provide the service itself. Their treatment does not require the consent of the interested party. Purposes functional to the Company's activities, such as:
the detection of the degree of customer satisfaction on the quality of services rendered and on the activity carried out by the Company, carried out through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc .;
the promotion and sale of the Company's products and services, carried out through letters, telephone, advertising material, automated communication systems, etc .;
the preparation of studies and market research, carried out through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc .;
conducting public relations activities.
The provision of data necessary for the purposes referred to in point 3 is not mandatory and their treatment requires the consent of the interested party.

Methods of data processing
The processing takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Sensitive data
The Company may process sensitive data of its customers in relation to specific operations or products requested by them. In such cases, the Company will only be able to carry out these operations if it has obtained the written consent of the applicant concerned.

Categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents
The Company can communicate, without the consent of the interested party, the personal data in its possession to: those subjects to whom this communication must be carried out in fulfillment of an obligation provided for by law, by a regulation or by community legislation;

The Company can also communicate, with the consent of the interested party, data relating to its customers to external companies, entities or consortia that carry out treatments on its behalf:
for the purposes referred to in point 3 of the Section "Purpose of the data processing";

The natural and legal persons referred to in the list referred to in the following point "Owner and Manager" may become aware of the data as data processors, and as persons in charge of the data necessary for the performance of the assigned tasks, the persons physical belonging to the following categories:
employees of the Company or seconded to it;
temporary workers;
interns;
consultants;
employees or self-employed workers of companies that perform technical installation and maintenance of hardware equipment

Rights of the interested party
The law attributes specific rights to the data subject, including that of knowing what his / her data are in the Company's possession and how they are used, of obtaining the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself. Finally, the interested party can at any time oppose the treatments aimed at sending commercial and advertising materials, direct sales or market research.
